ICRC is a consortium of lenders and housing experts dedicated to maximizing the number of affordable housing projects in our communities. With our joint efforts and technical expertise, we’re able work with traditional developers, smaller developers, and innovative new proposals.

Matt has worked in affordable housing and economic development for more than 10 years. He holds an MBA in Sustainable Business from Pinchot University.

Jeffrey A. Jones

Jeff is SVP and Commercial Banking Officer with Heritage Bank in Boise. He is a C&I lender with experience in manufacturing, agriculture, IT, health care, ESOP financing, energy and infrastructure, title companies and various nonprofits. Jeff grew up in Idaho Falls, Idaho, and is a third-generation banker and an Idaho State University alum.

Bob Barber

Portfolio Manager & Analyst

Bob has 32 years in banking, including 22 years of branch management in Weiser, where he and his wife currently live. He has been with ICRC since 2005 and has five years experience in Workforce Development.

We sure do, and we’re flexible in working with other stakeholders.

Do you partner with other organizations?

Yes, we do. We understand that these projects have a lot of moving parts, and we’re happy to play a part.
